13 Years Later, A Summit Mom Reflects
June 4th, 2015
I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for the last 13 years of our lives.
Summit has been such a huge part of mine and Jamieson's life that I am not sure how we are going to cope with it all coming to an end. From the early days of Kindergarten at North, I knew I made the right choice by putting him in this school. My faith never wavered. From the Summit song straight through to Pomp and Circumstance I have never been disappointed in this school or second guessed my choice.
Jamieson has made lifelong friends and has so many adult role models he has lost count. You are a large part of the reason that this school works as well as it does. You are involved as a leader, a mentor, a fan and as a Mother. You are an inspiration to me. I love seeing your face at events and hearing that scream of yours over everyone else's. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to you or your staff for the things they have shown, taught and enlightened my child to over the last 13 years.
Thank you for being part of the village that has raised my son into the incredible person he is and the amazing man he will become. The impression you have made in his life will never be forgotten by either one of us.
I hope you realize the impression you make every day on all the students in all four schools.
With my deepest thanks,
(Jamieson's Grateful Mom)
